All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Laggar does not store your payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify and their trusted payment gateway providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details are provided in our Return and Exchange Policy, but here’s a quick overview:

  • We offer domestic shipping within the UAE and international shipping to GCC countries.
  • Shipping costs may vary based on location and order value. Please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy for specific charges.
  • We offer pickup and delivery services for returns and exchanges within the UAE and GCC. Please note that charges for pickup may apply based on your location.

6. Returns and Exchanges

For information on how to return or exchange products, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Please note that we do not accept returns for archive sale items or made-to-order products.

We offer returns and exchanges for products that are:

  • Unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Defective or damaged products (within 14 days of receipt). For manufacturer defects, we will replace or repair the product within 30 days of purchase.
